Coronado High Ceramics Room

Not the most glamorous job but a good example of a problem/solution.  Art students at Coronado High School were slipping from the clay dust and water in the Ceramics Lab.  The school needed a hard core, non-slip surface under wet or dry conditions.  Life Deck diamond ground the concrete and installed two coats of Westcoat EC-95 Polyurethane Topcoat with a skid resistant silica sand. Problem solved!

Acid Stain Pool Deck in La Mesa

When Project Manager Scott Tischler inspected this back yard oasis he soon discovered that there were two different concrete slab's poured next to each other.  The customer wanted all areas to blend together.  Scott's crew had to adjust the amount of color and do some detailed blending to make a more uniform look. They used Acid Stain in Bronze and then sealed all areas with SC-42 Water-Based Acrylic Sealer to achieve this look and just in time for the upcoming pool season.
